Powering the planning of CONDÉ NAST'S editorial globally

Working closely with CONDÉ NAST'S operational and technology teams I led the UX and UI design of a brand new and powerful responsive web app sitting in a chain of content operation applications. This was achieved with close collaboration from the Directors of Operations, Global Editorial Teams and Platform Technology Teams. The key goals of the design and build were; To unify and standardise the editorial planning process, bringing global teams closer into one app increasing visibility and awareness of content being planned. Reduce repetitive and laborious tasks, and allowing minimal context switching of apps therefore increasing productivity and focus time. Provide optimised workflows for content provisioning and media acquisition, with lines of site into content costs and media rights. Allow seamless handoff to downstream production systems.
